Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: A deposit of [ 50%] is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services.
Scope: Evergreen Elegance LLC agrees to provide décor, floral arrangements, styling, installation, and related services as outlined in the approved proposal, estimate, or invoice. Any additions or modifications requested by the Client after approval may result in additional charges.
Ownership of Products, Materials, and Décor:
1. Evergreen Elegance Property: All décor items, vessels, props, structures, signage, lighting, linens, artificial florals, greenery, and any other products or materials purchased, rented, or supplied by Evergreen Elegance LLC for the Event remain the sole property of Evergreen Elegance LLC, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
2. Fresh Cut Flowers Exception : Fresh cut flowers used for arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, or installations become the property of the Client at the conclusion of the Event. Evergreen Elegance retains ownership of all non-floral components including vases, mechanics, stands, frames, and hardware.
3. Retrieval of Evergreen Elegance Property: The Client agrees that Evergreen Elegance LLC will return to the Event location at the agreed-upon time to retrieve all Evergreen Elegance property. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all rented or supplied items remain in the same condition in which they were delivered, excluding normal wear.
4. Loss or Damage The Client agrees to be financially responsible for the replacement cost of any Evergreen Elegance property that is lost, stolen, damaged, or removed from the venue by guests, vendors, or other parties.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50
Client's Existing Decor: Evergreen Elegance LLC will handle all client-provided decorations with the utmost care. However, we are not responsible for damage to fragile items.
Scope Changes: Any services requested outside the scope of this quote will be subject to a revised quote or an additional hourly charge.
Liability: Evergreen Elegance LLC is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by venue conditions, weather, guest behavior, or third-party vendors. Evergreen Elegance LLC will take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe installation and removal of décor.
Photography & Marketing Release: Unless the Client opts out in writing, Evergreen Elegance LLC may photograph completed work and use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
Return and Refund Policy
- A deposit of [ 50%] is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services.
- If the event is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
